Breakspots is a discovery platform for football trading card breaks.
Breakspots allows users to:
Breakspots does not sell cards, process payments, conduct breaks, ship products, or act as a party to transactions between collectors and breakers.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Breakspots.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Breakspots may create public profiles for breakers based on publicly available information.
Breakers may request ownership of a profile through the profile claim process.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, revoke, or modify any profile claim at our sole discretion.
Profile claims may be revoked if ownership cannot be verified or if we determine that a claim was submitted fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
Breakers are solely responsible for all break listings and related information submitted to Breakspots.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Breakspots does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
Collectors should independently verify all information before participating in any break.
Breakspots is not a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between collectors and breakers.

Users participate in breaks at their own risk.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Breakspots.
By submitting content, you grant Breakspots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and use such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
Users are solely responsible for content they submit.
You may not submit content that:

We reserve the right to remove content that falls outside the intended scope of the platform.
We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, suspend, or remove usernames that:
